Exchange and Return Policy

Returns

Returns are allowed within a period of 15 days from the date of delivery. The items and their packaging must be in new condition, without any scratches or signs of use.

In the case of screen protectors specifically, if you wish to make a return, they should not be removed or applied. Otherwise, GlobalPhoneAccessories reserves the right to reject the return of the item and the associated value.

The costs related to the return process are the responsibility of the buyer (customer), unless the reason for the return is the responsibility of GlobalPhoneAccessories.

Exchanges

In the case of screen protectors specifically, if you wish to make an exchange, they should not be removed or applied. Otherwise, GlobalPhoneAccessories reserves the right to reject the exchange of the item and the associated value.

The costs related to the exchange process are the responsibility of the buyer (customer), unless the reason for the exchange is the responsibility of GlobalPhoneAccessories. Exchanges and/or returns should be sent to:

Please remember that the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, without any scratches or signs of use, and in the case of screen protectors, with the protective film.

Don't forget to include your sender information (address and name) so that, in case of any issues, the order can be returned to you. Also, include the order number or reference. Without this number, the process may be delayed.

If you wish, you can use the same envelope in which you received the order. Please note that GlobalPhoneAccessories does not assume any costs associated with the packaging used for the returned items (envelopes or boxes) or the shipping method chosen by the customer (postal service, courier, etc.).

Upon receiving the respective item(s), we will proceed with the exchange/return immediately.

The Limited Warranty does not cover

-Damage caused by water or moisture, electrical discharges, impacts and/or falls, physical damage, cracked screens, cracked or bent back covers.

-Cosmetic damages, such as scratches and dents, scratched or faded keys and symbols, plastic covers and components, or damages caused by misuse, such as a broken LCD or stains caused by abrasive or alcohol-based products, or pressure marks.

-Defects caused by normal wear and tear (e.g., screen scratches, looseness, USB connector looseness, power input).

-If the product has been altered, repaired, and/or modified (including expansions) by unauthorized persons.

-Self-intervention (including expansions) or by third parties and/or repairs carried out by unauthorized technicians. Malfunctions and consequences related to the intervention of a company or self, not authorized by GlobalPhoneAccessories, repair or attempted repair, technical intervention by people or repair centers, external to the Technical Department and GlobalPhoneAccessories services.

-If the serial number of the equipment (IMEI), laptop, components, or accessories are altered, canceled, or removed, or made illegible.

-If the warranty seal is torn or altered, any equipment or parts of the same whose labels or serial numbers have been modified or made illegible;

-If there is damage caused by an external electrical failure, accident, natural disaster, intentional or accidental misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance, or use under abnormal conditions, due to the use of the Equipment for a purpose other than its normal use.

-If there is damage caused by improper installation or incorrect connection to a peripheral device (printer, optical reader, etc.).

-Repair of damages resulting from causes external to the device (e.g., an accident, shock, power fluctuation, oxidation, presence of sand, etc.).

-Unauthorized alteration, for aesthetic reasons, of components, chassis, and display by GlobalPhoneAccessories.

-Damages caused by transportation carried out by the Customer or third parties on their behalf.

-Harmful use for the preservation of the device.

-Improper installation of software, and poorly performed or omitted updates when the operating system requires it, malfunction of third-party software;

-If there is damage or loss of any program, data, or removable storage, or if there are costs for data or program recovery.

-Infections by computer viruses, installation and use of software not provided or incorrectly installed.

-Normal and natural wear and tear of products, including consumables, parts that require periodic replacement during the normal use of the equipment, or whose lifespan may be shorter than the duration of the Limited Warranty, including, without limitation, batteries, chargers, or parts and accessories specific to the equipment's appearance.

GlobalPhoneAccessories reserves the right not to accept the return and to refuse a refund for such cases.

New Equipment: 3 years of limited warranty according to DL n.º 84/2021, dated October 21st.
